The Customer Service and Accounting Departments are operational Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM EST, and are committed to providing prompt responses to all inquiries. Furthermore, customers have the ability to make, modify, and manage their reservations online and on our mobil app, in addition to viewing final invoices, charges, e-vouchers, and more. Presently, half of our bookings are processed through phone or email, while the other half are conducted online.

Following the completion of each ride, the Accounting Team reviews and adjusts the necessary billing details before issuing an automated final invoice. Payment is predominantly processed via credit cards, accounting for 80% of transactions, with the remaining 20% handled through direct billing.

ICS-Worldwide, Inc. is offering a maximum amount of $15,000,000.00 shares of Nonvoting Common Stock at $1.00 per Share, par value of $0.0001 per share, on a best efforts basis. Assuming the Targeted Gross Offering Proceeds are raised, there will be a total of 65,000,000 shares of Common Stock issued in the Company, comprised of 50,000,000 shares of Voting Common Stock and 15,000,000 shares of Nonvoting Common Stock, with the Shares sold through this Offering equaling approximately 23% ownership of the issued shares of Common Stock in the Company, post-closing.
Voting Rights. The Shares sold through this Offering are Nonvoting Common Stock and will not be entitled to vote on most actions of the Company.
Dividends. The Shares will have a right to a proportional share of dividends made to holders of Common Stock, when and if authorized by the Board.

Mr. Oren grew up in Israel. After serving in the Israeli Military in 1986 he moved to New York and independently started one (1) vehicle black car owner-operator chauffeur service the NYC area. By 1990 he had several cars and drivers, servicing mainly law firms and financial firms in NYC. In 1993 Mr. Oren opened Absolute Class Limousine, Inc., a NYC-based limo company which grew to 50+ vehicles servicing New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. In 1999, Mr. Oren started a network of affiliates in other strategic cities in the United States, as well as software development to book and manage these out-of-state bookings, which became the foundation of the current Book A Limo system.
